boondi beans fry

Ingredients:

Finely chopped french beans – 1 cup
boondi – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Red chillie powder – 1 tsp
termaric powder-1 spoon,

masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – few
Salt – to taste
Oil – 3 tbsp

method

1. Take fresh and tender beans and chop them very fine. 
2. Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry the chopped onions till they are soft and translucent.
3.  Add turmeric powder, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and chopped beans.
4.  Mix well and fry for few minutes.
5.  Then add red chillie powder , salt and saute for two minutes.
6. Now add half a cup of water to it and cover with lid. 
7. Cook on slow fire till the beans are completely cooked and dry.. 
8. Add boondi, garam masala powder and mix well. cook for two minutes, add chopped coriander leaves  and remove from fire. 
9. Serve hot with rice or roti’s…
