masala avakai

ingridients:

mamidikai mukkalu-1 cup,

ginger garlic paste----------2 spoons,

pacchi karam (red chilly powder)---------5 spoons,

tamarind powder-------------2 spoons,salt-------------3 spoons.

musteredpowder and methi powder 3 spoons.

oil -------------1 1/2 cup:

method:

1.take one cup and add mango pieces and salt and tamarind powder,red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste mix well with a spoon.

2.heat oil in a pan for 5 mints.

3. add heat ed oil in to mango pieaces and mix well .4.preseve for 6 months.
